Yoga Beach Camp

Beach Camp is back for its 11th season! We are delighted to have our amazing coach Kirsty Jade leading our crew. 

Feel the warmth of the sun on your skin and let the gentle ocean breeze cool your face as you move, breathe, and stretch...allowing you to relish in the joy of starting your day at one with nature!

Our beach camps will be the ideal start to your Summer mornings. Experience the benefits of combining core strengthening exercises, interval cardio, yoga, and breath work. Feel united in a supportive team and enjoy a dip in the beautiful Swanbourne beach after! 

Please BYO mat or towel to practice on, water bottle and any other props that you’d like to use.
